Modeled after our ever popular Camper's Friend soap recipe this insect repellent is a great all natural, no chemical, no DEET alternative to other commercial insect repellents. Comes in a 2 ounce metal tin and applies easily. Some men might even want to use this as a beard balm (lightly) to keep bugs away from face when outdoors.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter, Shea Butter, Beeswax, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Macadamia Oil, Olive Oil, Argan Oil, Rice Bran Extract, Rosemary Extract, Sunflower Oil & Extract, Vitamin E Natural Essential Oils 35% Broad Spectrum Active Ingredients include Cedarwood Essential Oil, Citronella Java Essential Oil, Eucalpytus Lemon Essential Oil, Lemongrass Essential Oil, Palmarosa Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil, Geraniol.

Apply to skin you want to protect by scraping out a small amount and rubbing between fingers to warm up and then spread on skin rubbing in thoroughly. Safe for all ages but you may want to test a small section on your inner forearm to see if any of the essential oils cause an allergy if you have sensitive skin. 

Note: Balm mixtures are prone to hardening and melting. This happens primarily because of the temperature that the balm is stored or shipped in. If it is too cold, then it will harden. Too hot it gets soft or melts. If your area is HOT you may consider not ordering balms until the weather cools. We will not be responsible for product that is melted in shipment, this will be solely at the discretion of the purchaser. 

In cold weather, if you find your balm is too firm, you can use your nail to scrape out the balm. If it's really too firm, use a blow dryer to warm up the balm prior to scooping. Remember to rub the beard balm between your palms until it softens up and distributes evenly throughout your palm and fingers.
