This industrial steel ceiling beam heavy bag hanger is forged from extra heavy gauge steel to deliver professional gym results for virtually any heavy bag demand.  Twin precision bearings allow the hanger to swivel effortlessly, alleviating twisted chains and tangled hanging straps.  The heavy duty steel hanging bolt includes two thick adjustable rubber stoppers to help keep the bag from moving back and forth along the top.  Designed to fit home and commercial ceiling joists perfectly.  Includes two 2.5” x 3/8” lag bolts and washers for attaching into wood ceiling joists.  Holds heavy bags up to 250 lbs.
